to the plugins folder, or subfolder, restart ImageJ, and there will
be new “Color Transformer” command
in the Plugins menu or submenu.
This plugin converts an RGB color image into a color space represented by a stack. The
color spaces are supported.
This plugin does not work on stacks, but the Color Transform Stack
macro runs it on all the images in an RGB stack and creates a second stack containing the output images.
Russell Cottrell has created Color Transformer 2,
a modified version of this plugin that includes more color management.
The original plugin only used the sRGB color space. Color Transformer 2 can now convert from several other spaces,
and be customized with the addition of more. It also added a few destination spaces.
It is a tool for zone system calibration for those who are not using Photoshop.
