using Plugins/Compile and Run. Restarting ImageJ will add a “DE”
command to the Plugins menu or a submenu of the Plugins menu.
This plugin implements the DUAL-ENERGY (DE) algorithm. It assumes that two
16-bit images, namely a LOW ENERGY (LE) image and a HIGH ENERGY (HE) image, are
loaded before starting the DE analysis. For details on the dual-energy technique
